March 18, 2008Potentional BuyerLast night, we skipped out of the house for an impromptu showing and it seems to have paid off. The couple is interested in the house, but it might be a bit out of their price range. Do we sell now and take a little less, or do we hold out and try and get closer to our asking price? There are costs involved with holding both houses which make me feel we should sell sooner than later, but how low is too low?
I have to admit I also just want this transition to move forward. The repairs will be easier to pay for if we have some funds from a sold house pending than to try and fix everything and still be paying for both houses.
