Potentional Buyer - 19:13 | Comments (0)

Last night, we skipped out of the house for an impromptu showing and it seems to have paid off. The couple is interested in the house, but it might be a bit out of their price range. Do we sell now and take a little less, or do we hold out and try and get closer to our asking price? There are costs involved with holding both houses which make me feel we should sell sooner than later, but how low is too low?

I have to admit I also just want this transition to move forward. The repairs will be easier to pay for if we have some funds from a sold house pending than to try and fix everything and still be paying for both houses.

Game Track: Veteran - 0:38 | Comments (0)

WindowsSword of the New World: Once you reach level 100 with a character, you can promote them to Veteran status. This has been my goal for a while, just to reach Vet status. Now that I'm there, I realize how weak one of my characters is and am already working on a replacement. Them's the breaks.

I'm working on a Romina (the replacement for my Rescue Knight) character. Her name is Rachel. She's leveled from 60 to 72 since Friday. I think that's pretty good for a short time. Granted, she's being power-leveled by whom she will replace. Seems a bit mean. :)

PSPCrisis Core: Final Fantasy VII: I *think* I'm on chapter 5. It's been one of the best games I've played on PSP yet. It is so good, that... you better sit down... it's so good that I want a Final Fantasy VII remake. Now, I don't want a graphically enhanced PlayStation 3 FF7 redone in High-Definition and all that jazz. I want a Final Fantasy VII remake and re-translation on the PSP.

More on this after it's released.

WiiSuper Smash Bros. Brawl: It's everything I could hope it could be, with the exception of online play. It's definitely tacked on and Nintendo still have no clue how online playing should work. Even with this shortcoming, it's an excellent game. Possibly worth the wait? I guess. I really think it could've helped the holiday sales, but then ... if you can't sell anymore than you have, that's pretty good sales. :)

I'm 43% done with the single player mode. I've played online with friends and randoms. The lag is noticeable and makes it harder to execute timing moves as well as avoiding. I can't wait for a brawl party.

PSPDragon Quest & Final Fantasy in Itadaki Street Portable: I went on a winning streak and even saw the credits roll, as well as opening the final single player levels. To which I haven't played a second of because of Crisis Core. Still, I'm glad I stuck with it to see the credits. Maybe the rumors of the Itadaki DS release here will show others how addicting this game can be.

Poor Xbox 360 was ignored this round. Maybe next time.
